One point of contact from start to finish
A renovation usually involves half a dozen trades, and coordinating them is where most projects go wrong. We project-manage the whole build with our own team and trusted, certified partners: strip-out, structural work, plumbing, electrics, plastering, joinery and decorating all run to one schedule. You get weekly updates, one number to call and a written schedule before we start, so you always know what's happening in your home and what comes next.
Careful with your home, clear on cost
We're working in your home, not on a distant building site, so floors and furniture are protected, dust is controlled and rooms are tidied as we go. Quotes are detailed and written, payments are staged against agreed milestones, and any change to the plan is discussed and priced before it happens. Structural work, steels and new openings are arranged with building control and signed off as standard, and we don't consider a job finished until you've walked the snag list with us.
What we renovate
Our renovation work covers everything from a single room to a whole house: kitchens, bathrooms, open-plan layouts created by removing walls, rewires, replastering and full redecoration. Where a project needs drawings or structural calculations we work with trusted architects and engineers and coordinate them as part of the same build, so you're not chasing anyone but us.
