A room that works all year
Every garden room we build is insulated in the floor, walls and roof and wired with certified electrics, lighting and heating, so it's as comfortable in January as it is in July. Customers use them as home offices, gyms, studios, treatment rooms and simply as extra space to escape to. Cedar cladding weathers to a soft silver grey over time, while composite and painted timber keep a crisper look for longer — we'll show you the options at the visit so you can choose what suits your garden and your budget.
From first visit to handover
Most garden rooms fall under permitted development, and we'll check height, position and intended use on your plot before we quote, so there are no surprises with planning. Bases are laid level in concrete or on engineered ground screws, the build typically takes two to four weeks from base preparation to handover, and we keep disruption to a minimum with tidy sites and clear updates as we go. You get a fully finished room — plastered, painted, lit and ready to use the day we leave.
